Byron's Boulder is a short bloc off the side of Everett Memorial Highway. It has a few fun problems, and it is a great boulder for beginners.

Directions

Heading down I-5 take Exit 738 into Mt Shasta. Turn onto W Lake Street and continue, going straight, onto E Lake Street. From here join up with E Washington Drive. Driving straight past my Shasta High School will put you onto Everett Memorial Highway. Drive up Everett Memorial Highway for 4.3 miles to a pullout on the opposite side of the road. Walk across the road and the boulder will 100 feet up the slope.
